Frequently Asked Questions
Will I get to see a proof before it gets shipped?
Yes. A proof will be sent to your email address for all personalized items.
Are the colors and text customizable? How do I select the colors?
A color chart is displayed within each listing. Colors are completely customizable for all of our prints and stationery items. You can also send us a digital color and we will match it OR find your favorite color on Pantone Color Chart and let us know the number.
Can I change a font on the design?
Yes, you can. We have many beautiful fonts to choose from. If you don't like the font on the design, let us know, and we will send you a list of available fonts to choose from.
What pen I should use for my Wedding Guest Book Alternative?
We recommends pigment based permanent marker (found in art stores or online). Customers told me that Sharpie worked great for them as well, just remember that drying process is 3-5 seconds.
Personally, I love LePen which I have used on my guest book and it worked great. It has very thin tip, so it is easy to write and read the messages after guests sign it. Check the link I've posted on my Instagram. It's a short video of me using a Sharpie and LePen on the canvas...
