Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any personalized merchandise. 

NOTE: You will receive a digital proof of your art before it's printed. The art will NOT be sent to print without the confirmation of the poof to avoid printing mistakes. Please review the design closely to ensure that it’s correct. I cannot accept requests for revisions after you’ve confirmed your proof and it has been sent to print. All orders are packed carefully to ensure a safe delivery; therefore all sales are final UNLESS they were damaged in shipping.

Shipping damage MUST be reported within 72 HOURS of delivery receipt in order to qualify for a replacement. You must e-mail clear and legible photos of the damages to the packaging and to the art in order to qualify for a replacement.
